The Greene County High School speech team will have three events at the prestigious All-State Speech Festival on the University of Northern Iowa campus April 4.
Selected to perform were senior David Petersen, junior Michael Kennedy, and sophomore Regan Lamoureux.
Petersen was selected for his solo musical theatre event. He will perform “I Am Adolpho” from “The Drowsy Chaperone.” Kennedy will perform a prose piece, ‘The Day the Crayons Quit,” and Lamoureux will do an expository address on “How to be a Successful Middle Child.”
High school speech coach is Kelley Gray, assisted by Darin Jackson.
